The basic Dragon's Toy was ordered from
the factory with the "Sail-Away" package. This included a Danforth style
anchor with minimal rode, wind, depth, and speed instruments, a Ritche SP5 compass, 6 US
Coast Guard approved life vests, 3 US Coast Guard flares, and 4 docking lines. This
is enough to take the boat out in to Victoria Harbour (Hong Kong) but not much
farther. To this is basic inventory, I started to add a long list of other
equipment. To date I have not had the courage to calculate how much I have spent, I
think it is more than I spent on the base boat, but there is not much that I do not think
I will need at some point. Listed below
are most of the major items that I added to the boat. |
